Greetings from Oriole Nation!  I am privileged to serve as Principal of Friendship Learning Center (grades 1-5) and look forward to also providing leadership for our younger learners at the Early Learning Center in the 2018-2019 school year. I am committed to forming positive relationships with educators, support staff, families and our community members as we work together toward the common goal of preparing all students academically, socially and developmentally to be contributing and informed members of a global society.

I hold graduate degrees in Teaching, Educational Leadership and Business Administration, all from Cardinal Stritch University. My undergraduate degree, which I obtained from UW-Milwaukee, is in English.  After graduating college, I worked in business as an Information Technology project manager for WeEnergies and Harley-Davidson, including work on their 100th Anniversary Celebration. While serving as a volunteer for Junior Achievement, I found my passion and changed careers to become an educator.

Along with my husband, Robert, and my two children, Evan and Elise, I enjoy traveling, running, biking and playing board games.
